Chard Robinson Group has been shortlisted as finalists across a staggering 8 categories in this year’s Negotiator Awards.

The Negotiator Awards 2010, organised in association with The Digital Property Group, FindaProperty.com, Globrix.com and Primelocation.com, is billed as the leading nationwide estate agency awards scheme in the UK; trophies will be presented at a glittering awards ceremony hosted by TV and radio comedian Fred MacAulay, at the Hilton Hotel in London’s Park Lane on Wednesday 10 November.

Chard Robinson Group companies Accent Property and Encore Estate Management both made the shortlist; Accent Property is up for Marketing Team of the Year, Green Champion of the Year, Employer of the Year and Independent Letting Agency of the Year, a title it took home at the same event last year. Encore Estate Management is, too, shortlisted for Green Champion of the Year, and will also compete for the Block Manager of the Year crown. Chard Robinson Group itself received two nods; one goes to directors Stephen Chard and Neil Robinson for Leaders of the Year, and another to group brand and marketing manager Kristian Turner.
