Encore has been shortlisted in two categories at this year's Negotiator Awards, including Property Management Company of the Year. 

The company has also made it to the last stage of the Employer of the Year category.

The Negotiator Awards 2014, organised by industry voice The Negotiator, in association with Zoopla Property Group, is billed as the leading nationwide agency awards scheme in the UK. Trophies will be presented at a glittering awards ceremony hosted by comedian, actor and host of the hit TV show Pointless, Alexander Armstrong next month.

The Negotiator says: "The 2014 entry list is the biggest in the history of the Awards and so competition is keener than ever. It is an extremely lively event, attended in 2013 by 675 guests and a superb cross-section of property professionals."

With Bill McClintock Chairman, The Property Ombudsman and Peter Bolton King, Global Residential Director, RICS, both on the judging panel, hundreds of entries have been scrutinised in order to find the nation's leading agencies. 

Encore director Neil Robinson said: "It is wonderful news. This rounds off an exciting year for Encore, and it underlines all of the team's very hard work in ensuring the highest standards possible across our estate and block management operation."

The company's Recruitment and HR Officer, Nick Archer, added: "Encore has been built around the customer our good values in estate management set us apart. The company will find out whether it has won either accolade at the Hilton Hotel in London's Park Lane on Tuesday 4 November.
